Desktop Version:

1. Click [Your Name] at top right.

2. In My Account page, click [My Voucher].

3. Available point and value of currency will be display here. 

4. Only completed order (Order Status: Delivered) will be show as "available" and the point is ready to use.

5. Click [Convert to XXX currency voucher], Click [OK] to process.

6. Your new converted voucher will be display in your voucher list with expiration date.

Done.

Mobile Version:

1. Click [ 三 Menu Button] on Top Left (Next to store Logo)

2. Click [Your Name] at bottom of menu.

3. In My Account page, click [My Voucher].

4. Available point and value of currency will be display here.
